Elasticity indices (Emf_n) calculated from the fn and m were 17.3\u00d7106 (Emf_2), 39.1\u00d7106 (Emf_3) and 62.4 \u00d7106 (Emf_4), respectively. Elasticity indices (Edf_n) that were calculated from the fn and d were 28.6\u00d7106 (Edf_2), 63.7\u00d7106 (Edf_3) and 103\u00d7106 (Edf_4), respectively. Resonance frequencies and elasticity indices of the fruit decreased with the increase in time after harvest. Resonance frequencies of the film-packaged fruit were similar to the non-packaged fruit, and it was clarified that the film did not influence the measurement of the resonance frequency. Elasticity indices (Edf_n) correlated with elasticity indices (Emf_n), and correlation coefficients were significantly high. 内容記述 | 本研究は、果実硬度測定装置(KN_α-LA1)ならびに非破壊硬度測定装置(Vp-2型)でニホンナシ‘幸水’の共鳴周波数を測定した。さらに、フィルム包装が果実の共鳴周波数に及ぼす影響を調査した。非破壊硬度測定装置(Vp-2型)で計測した収穫時の果実の共鳴周波数は、それぞれ、594Hz(f_2)、893Hz(f_3)および1,128Hz(f_4)あった。f_2と果実重から算出した弾性指標Emf_2は17.3(×106)、弾性指標Emf_3は39.1(×106)および弾性指標Emf_4は62.4(×106)であった。f_2と直径から算出した弾性指標Edf_2は28.6(×106)、弾性指標Edf_3は63.7(×106)および弾性指標Edf_4は103(×106)であった。その後、共鳴周波数および弾性指標は日数の経過ともに低下した。フィルム包装した果実の共鳴周波数は無包装の果実と同様であり、フィルムは共鳴周波数の計測に影響しないことが明らかになった。さらに、各共鳴周波数から算出した弾性指標Edf_n はEmf_n と相関があり、相関係数は有意に高かった。得られた回帰式から、弾性指標Edf_n からEmf_n への換算が可能となった。 | |||||
