| 内容記述 | 近年、農業生産以外の洪水防止、自然・生態系保全、景観形成など農業・農地の多面的機能に対する期待が高まっている。一方、日本農業は耕作放棄地の増加、農業就業者の高齢化などが進み、農業・農地の多面的機能の発揮は次第に困難となっており、新潟県においても同様な農業問題を抱えている。本研究では、新潟県を事例に、平成19年度より実施されている農地・水・環境保全向上対策の効果と課題を明らかにする。そして、共有資源の持続的な管理におけるコミュニティ・ビジネスの可能性と課題を考察する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, the expectation for the multi-functionality of agriculture and farmland such as flood prevention, preservationof natural environment, and formation of landscape, etc. other than the agricultural production has increased. On the otherhand, an increase in the abandoned cultivated land and aging of the agricultural labor, etc. advance in Japanese agriculture,and similar agricultural problems are occurred in Niigata Prefecture. In the present study, the effect and the problem ofthe Measures to conserve and improve land, water and environment that have been executed since 2007 fiscal year inNiigata prefecture are clarified. And, the possibility of the community business in continued management of the common-poolresource and the problem are considered. | |||||
