| 内容記述 | 近年都市部においては、農村への移住に対する潜在的需要があるものの、実現に至らないケースも多いことから、国や地方自治体が様々な移住促進事業に取り組んでいる。本稿は埼玉県秩父市が実施している「ちちぶ空き家バンク」と「地域おこし協力隊」を対象として、関係機関に対する聞き取り調査とアンケート調査を基に、地方自治体によるIターン促進事業の実態と課題を明らかにした。分析の結果、事業は一定の効果をあげているが、ビジョンの不明確さから事業の活用が不十分な状況にあり、都市住民への効果的な情報提供の方法を検討する必要があるなどの課題が明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, although there is potential demand over migration to farm villages among urban residence, it does not result in realization in many cases in Japan. It is for the reason that, the country and the local government are tackling various programs for urban-rural migration promotion. Based on the interview and the questionnaire survey, this paper targeted Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture to clarify the actual condition and the subject of the I-turn promotion programs by local government. As a result of analysis, although the programs were achieving certain effects, the necessity of examining the method of the effective information dissemination to city residents became clear. | |||||
