| 内容記述 | 米生産は新潟県農業の中心であり、新潟産米はこれまでトップブランドの地位を築いてきたが、近年新潟産米を取り巻く販売環境は厳しくなっている。一方、海外での日本産米需要の高まりより、日本産米の輸出量は増加しているが、中国への輸出は最大でも100t にすぎない。新潟産米の中国向け輸出も４年間に留まることから、本研究では過去の新潟産米輸出の状況と課題を明らかにし、今後新潟産米の継続的な中国向け輸出を実現するための基礎的な判断材料を提供することを目的とする。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Rice production is the center of the agriculture in Niigata Prefecture, and it has built the status of the top brand up to now, but the selling environment of rice made in Niigata in recent years is becoming severe. On the other hand, the export volume of the rice made in Japan is increased along with the increase in the demand of Japanese rice at foreign countries. However, the export to China is only at most 100 t, and Niigata-produced rice export to China has stopped for 4 years. In this study, the situation of the Niigata-produced rice export to China in the past years will be described and the basic problems and solutions for achieving continual export to China will be clarified. | |||||
