The contents of the JLT activities should not only be for teaching and learning Japanese but also for promoting a mutual cultural exchange. 内容記述 The aim of this paper is to describe the situation of the Japanese Language Teaching (JLT) activities, which are now carried out in various areas of Japan, by Japanese volunteers in order to teach foreigners.
