| 内容記述 | Darou is one of the epistemic modality forms in Japanese. This form cannot be followed by the sentence-ending particle yone which functions as a certain speaker's communicative intent. In this article, I explained why this happens and by looking at the facts, darou sometimes shows the lack of speaker's confidence in his judgment. | |||||
