| 内容記述 | 自閉症の子どもについて，ことばの獲得と認知発達の関係を調査した。就学時点でことばを獲得していなかった5名の自閉症の子どもを対象に，言語発達と認知発達を調べた。その結果，3名が小学部段階でことばを獲得し，2名は卒業までにはことばを獲得できなかったこと，ことばを獲得したグループは就学時点で感覚運動期段階VIであったことがわかった。この結果から，感覚運動期段階VIはことばの獲得のための必要条件であること，就学時点で感覚運動期段階VIを獲得している自閉症の子どもは，6歳以降でもことばの獲得が可能であることなどが明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This longitudinal study concemed the relationship between speech acquisition and cognitive development about the children with autism. 5boys who had no speech at 6 years old, were investigated about cognitive and speech development during 12 years. The following results obtained : 3children acquired speech by 10 years but 2 did not, and the cognitive development of the children acquired speech was Sensori－motor Stage VI at 6 years. It became clear that Sensori－motor Stage VI was prerequisites for speech acquisition for the children with autism, and the children gained Sensori－motor Stage VI were possible for acquisition of speech even if they tumed 6 years old. | |||||
