| 内容記述 | The proportion of the cases of drug eruption to the outpatients for ten years (1975-1984)in the Dermatological Clinic of Niigata University, accounted for 1.6%. Patients with drug eruption in fifties, sixties and seventies of age were gradualy increased in number, and this tendency will continue in near future. By clinical types, the cases of exanthematic type occupied 53.0% of all the cases of drug eruption. Fixed drug eruption type was remarkably decreased in number. A majority type of causative drugs was antibiotics (32.7%) and the next sedatives (24.9%), although, recently both the clinical types and the kinds of causative drugs have become varied. Complication of liver dysfunction was noticed in 6.0% of the cases. | |||||
