| 内容記述 | Transforming growth factors (TGFs) were identified when transformed cell lines were shown to have reduced growth factor requirment and reduced number of binding site for EGF. TGF was shown to induce the reversible transformed phenotype in normal rodent cells grown in soft agar. Some properties of three types of TGFs α, β and γ were described. Growth regnlatony factors other than TGF were produced simultaniously from many transformed cell lines. An immunosuppressive factor (ISF) was identified as a protein having a molecular weight about 40 KDa, in a TGF fraction obtain from BMA-1 tumor cell extract. ISF inhibits the progression of cell proliferation at Go-G_1 phase transition. | |||||
