Results of this study showed remarkable reduction of class I antigens in high grade and more invasive TCC and granular cell type of RCC which was worse prognosis than clear cell type. TIL in RCC was mainly composed of T cells and a smaller number of macrophages. CD8 positive cell was dominant population in T cells. The number of TIL significantly related to the degree of the expression of class I antigens on tumor cells. On the other hand, the expression of the expression of class I antigens on tumor cells. The expression of class II antigens on RCC and TCC did not related to any clinical factors.
