| 内容記述 | We report a 3-year-old girl of anovestibular fistula without anal atresia operated by vestibulo-anal pull-through method. The etiology, treatments and the operative procedure for this disease are discussed in this paper. It is difficult for us to diagnose whether the fistula is congenital or acquired. But the diagnosis of congenital or not is important for the selection of the treating method. Because congenital anovestibular fistula needs an operation ultimately after conservative treatment. The vestibulo-anal pull-through method is recommended for the operative procedure, moreover the patient age above two years old is suitable for the operation. | |||||
