We should keep it in mind that a larger number of good affiliate hospitals available are allegedly requisite to attract more graduates, as well. To improve the current serious situations, the faculty staff should think much of education and manage to involve all members of staff, not only teaching staffs but also training residents. Students\u0027 evaluation of education would be of use for improvement of class ; it would be helpful to teachers for evolving education. A good role model of doctor nearby is deeply influential to students.
