腹部CTで右閉鎖孔ヘルニア, 小腸族嵌頓による腸閉塞症と診断した. 筋性防御がみられなかったこと, CTで腹水が認められず, 嵌頓している小腸壁の造影が良好であったことから嵌頓腸管に穿孔や強い虚血性の変化は認めないと判断し, 超音波ガイド下に嵌頓整復した後, 経過観察目的に入院した. 腸閉塞は解除し, その後の諸検査にて全身麻酔や手術に支障となる合併症は認められず, また,本人と家族が根治手術を希望したため12月27日待機的に腹腔鏡下ヘルニア修復術を施行した. 術後経過は良好で2008年1月3日退院した. 男性の閉鎖孔ヘルニアに対し超音波ガイド下に非観血的整復後, 待機的に腹腔鏡下へルニア修復術を施行し, 良好な結果が得られた症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する.", "subitem_description_type":
