 note = {医学教育は大講義室でひとりの教授が大勢の学生相手に教える講義形式から少人数グループ中心の学習形式へと変化してきている. 教員中心の教育から, 医学生中心の教育へ意識改革が行われている. 医師と同じような医療手技を行うことが法律上制約されている医学生に対して, シミュレータを用いたシミュレーション医学教育が活用されるようになってきている. 筆者は海外先進国の医学部を視察し, 世界の医学教育改革の潮流を知ることができたので, ここでは新潟大学医学科の医学教育に役立つ情報を紹介したい., The new trends of medical education promote the introduction of small group leaning by medical students instead of lectures at theaters by professors. Medical students are not allowed to perform medical procedures according to Medical Act. Therefore, medical students learn medical procedures using simulators in clinical skills laboratories. Medical students can perform medical procedures without any restrictions in clinical skills laboratories. The author visited oversea advanced countries and discussed with the deans about reform of medical education curricula. The products are discussed in the paper.},
