Comparing organization of animals with that of plants, the consideration based on the shoot apical meristem and lateral apical meristem of plants is helpful to understand the structure of embryo tissue of animals. In the case of human, considering the border of ectoderm and endoderm as the esophago-gastric mucosal junction. it is easy to be understood the basic form of animals. In other angiosperms, it is necessary to understand and examine that hypocotyl located between shoot and root. In the case of plants. it can be considered stoma as the border of ectoderm and endoderm. Hypocotyls is the center inplants. It attracts attention as assume this hypocotyl as phytomer unit. The observation result on tillering of rice shows this well. Vascular bundle in hypocotyl of the plant which grew up is not easily connected to vascular of bundle of shoot. leaf and sometimes complicated. In addition, a lot of meristem equivalent to the embryo of the animal are distributed over the plant. The reproductive organ which takes the leading role in alternation of generations resemble in animals and plants, and it can be understood that mesothelium of animals is common with epithelium around seed and pollen.
