 note = {Firstly, this paper analyzes the features of conjunctive expressions in the written opinions of Japanese native speakers and Chinese intermediate learners of Japanese. It was found Chinese intermediate learners of Japanese used conjunctive expressions more than Japanese native speakers. In particular, Japanese native speakers used conjunctive expressions which demonstrated inverse relationships, conversion relationships and complementary relationships more than their Chinese counterparts whereas the Chinese intermediate learners of Japanese used jumunsetsugata, tenkagata and appositives more than their Japanese counterparts. However, both used comparisons with equal frequency. Secondly, this paper considers the reasons for the distribution between the usage of conjunctive expressions between both groups. This paper analyzed and classified the causes behind the heavy usage of conjunctive expressions among Chinese intermediate learners of Japanese: 1） They use it even if they shouldn’t; 2） They don’t leave it out even if they can; 3） They heavily use conjunctive expressions because of their context development style.},
