@article{oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00007942, author = {孫, 犁冰}, journal = {現代社会文化研究, 現代社会文化研究}, month = {Aug}, note = {This paper addresses the important role of the inter-firm network called supply-chain management (SCM). Based on theory of constraints (TOC), a framework is offered for the calculation of a suitable flow of product parts and completed products from supplier, to factory, to warehouse, to final delivery; and supply-chain management is suggested as a system for obtaining efficient production planning. A central question considered is whether product design can assist the minimization of total supply chain costs as well as other relevant costs, such as cost of goods sold, safety stock cost, and pipeline stock cost. With recent advances in information communication technology and the networking, boundaries between the production and service industries have begun to fade. Management techniques and concepts useful in business-model building are illustrated by the example of Dell Computer, well known for its impact on industry structure. The conclusion of this paper is that the supply-chain management is acquiring a great role in assisting the evolution of Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises.}, pages = {179--195}, title = {制約条件理論に基づくサプライチェーン経営戦略 : 戦略提携によるコストダウンのアプローチ}, volume = {21}, year = {2001} }
