Dewey's Laboratory School and the staff of teachers are examined based on "Laboratory Schools Work Reports" and "The Elementary School Record". The examination of "House-keeping" practice uses the method of the compares following three records: the class plans by Dewey, the class practices by teachers, the interpretation of the class by Dewey. The data was organized through webbing, and examinations were done. This study produced the following two results: First, the "House-keeping" practice was being practiced in "Wood-Work", "Foods", and "Clothing" practices, and the specialists of each subjects were guiding it, because the subjects of the History, Science, Work, and Art were covered into "Wood-Work" practice.
