One of the policy instruments of its educational arena is the launch of the \"Information Study\" curriculum at high school as a compulsory class, which started in 2003. In this paper we analyze current problems of the curriculum, and propose a method for its instructional practices. We consider the notion of \"Collaborative Learning Groups\" as a fundamental framework for the instruction of information study classes. The notion enables us to implement the method to educate high school students, who will grow with collaborative personalities.
