 note = {"Information Study" has started at high school in 2003. An improved method and materials of teaching "Information study" about "copyright" are proposed for its curriculum. Copyright is an indispensable topic of study in future information societies. Historical changes of legal interpretation of copyright are summarized. Possible future confrontations between copyright and private use, and related technology are discussed. We propose the contents of study which enable to consider social and legal problems related to the study of "copyright." The contents will provide opportunities for students to acquire capability for critical thinking.},
