| 内容記述 | "An organization follows a strategy", if this is true, an manager leads a strategy with his or her principles and faith. The manager's principles create an systematic union and work it. The validity has serious influence with the state of management. In this treatise, I explored the essence of scientific management and then concluded it was in the moral revolution. When asking the state of the effective management in the way that should be, especially the local small and medium-sized enterprises of management, it has a big meaning, while aiming at construction of the new organization architecture. How the one creates the architecture and how the one carries out the company based on principles shares the equal meaning. In order to define "the role of a company" this treatise defines the state of management, while finding out the new architecture. | |||||
