 note = {The purpose of this paper is to grasp the overall image of the existing literature on teams. First, study on autonomous work group as presented by STS and operation teams as seen in Japan was done. Basis for generation of both kinds of teams were analyzed and peculiarities of each were revealed. Second, through examining of representative theoretical researches and empirical studies a review of current trends in team research was done.
