 note = {Zhang Zuolin founded East Three-State Arsenal in Mukden in order to supply arms and ammunitions to his army smoothly. After repeating extension to the facilities, arms and ammunitions supply from the arsenal had become sufficient without importing them as of around 1925. However, as the result of the large sum of funds injected to this arsenal, the regional economy had become exhausted and disordered. Starting from the economical disorder the gulf in opinion between Japan and Zhang Zuolin had become widened. Through Manchurian Incident, the arsenal was taken over by Japanese Army and then became joint corporation by Japan and Manchukuo named Mukden Arsenal Corporation, which had become the major source of arms and ammunition supply for Japanese army.},
