The first is to show the managing conditions of medical institutions in Japan and to clarify their crucial works to address. The second is to consider effective ways for their highly-diversified management styles. Examining the hospital management survey in 2006, I find that the managing conditions of government-run medical institutions in Japan are extremely severe, and that they are required to review their salary system.
