 note = {Japanese firms under good condition, particularly manufacturing industries’ competition is demonstrated at its organization capability that is good at adjustmentand unified type and manufactured good’s architecture, which means integral architecture are congenial. The strong competitive power is conspicuous at product development and European and American firms can not follow. Practical use of IT is progressing to some extent, but in innovation problem-solving type skill carries a big role for product manufacture, its contribution is limited. While the manufacture productivity in Japan and Western countries is reducing, product development skill gap between Japan and U.S. is still huge. Although crafting skill carries an important role at productive development, the relative ration in workplace is decreasing by recent technological development. The degree integration of product development capability rises as the IT technology develops.},
