What this paper docs to seek the direction of experimental research on career support is: first, summarize the theories and procedures of previous experimental research in the career-related field, and consider if they can be applied to experimental research on career support; second, analyze the current status of career support provided by higher education institutions as well as previous research on the effects of career support.
