 note = {The purpose of this study is to reconsider the current Japanese government's policies for childrearing support. In this paper, I consider about the social background, which bother the parents with childrearing. And I propose that the parents needs giving the opportunities to learn about relationship established between them and their children, and forming cooperative relationships between them and neighbors. Today, the principal subject of the Japanese government's policies for childrearing support is the measures against low birthrate and the solutions to labor shortages. But, the most important thing is to create healthy and wealthy environment, which the children grow up in. We believe that it is the government's responsibility to give many opportunities for the children to learn various role models in lire.},
