 note = {Since the 1960s, land desertification in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region is progressing more and more 59% of the land is on the verge of desertification. Desertification has caused the imbalance of economic development and agriculture. Poor households have increased in the district of animal hushandry. With the development of the west of China, the development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has accelerated more than before and environmental preservation and economic development of fragile grassland ecosystem has become a major issue. This paper discusses the situation of land desertification and land improvement in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and sustainability of grassland desertification in Inner Mongolia from the point of view of both the balance of environmental protection and economic development in Inner Mongolia based on the theory of environmental ethics.},
