 note = {Exaperimental reseachi on carrer support in higher education institution is yet to be advanced in Japan. As a potential approach to the experimental research, this paper evaluates the effect of career subjects provided at Niigata University. First, to discuss changes in career consciousness, it uses three indices: the career maturity index, the job avoidance index, and the social skill index which helps measure communication ability.
