Then, the actual state of affairs of jurisprudence concerning Condominium ownership and its problems is examined through an investigation of Shanghai city court cases. This paper utilizes ten typical cases taken from Shanghai Court Case Selections to investigate the actual state of affairs of Condominium Legislation. This investigation revealed the typical state of belonging in communal ownership, the exercise of membership, and the restrictions on the exercise of partial ownership.
