Incorporating Simom's bounded rationality concept into students' learning model, I planned my lessons in order to help develop students' independent decision-making capability while they deal with strategic environmental assessment. We used several models of decision-making assistance, i.e. conjoint analysis, decision table, decision tree, weighting, and cost-benefit analysis, during the course of simulating the process of strategic environmental assessment.
