Ninteikodomoen. As the function of the system, it is supposed to offer supports for parents, in addition to offer care and education for infants. There are a lot senses of analyzing the system, when consider integration of kindergartens and day-nurseries. This study inspects the system, and consults how the quality of care and education are fully secured on the system, through analyzing the guideline and comparing regulations at four prefectures.
