Recently, some representative studies of this era have been published. These studies examine only the legislative process of this act or its outline. but do not analyse the enforcement process. The Daily Life Security Law was a social system through which the state gives the benefits of residence to guarantee a minimum standard of living. In the chaos just after total war, there were many cities filled with a large number of unemployed people, war orphans, and others. Hence, we need to clarify how the Government of Japan put force in the legislation under the General Headquarters of the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers. This study makes clear the enforcement process of this law through the use of political economic and social analyses.}, pages = {51--68}, title = {被占領期における生活保護制度の展開 : 旧生活保護制度の実施過程を中心として}, volume = {52}, year = {2011} }
