The origin of the baseball in Japan goes back to the beginning of 1870s. After that, the Shinbashi Athletics club, which was the first amateur baseball club in Japan, was formed in 1878. This means that the foundation is built to develop baseball into a full-scale team sport. And it is taken over to university baseball after the dismissal of Shinbashi Athletics Club. While professional baseball had developed immediately from the start in the United States, it took over a half century to build up the professional baseball team form the beginning of baseball in Japan. While there are many amateur baseball organizations, the unification organization has not formed in Japan. The complication of these Japanese baseball organizations may cause trouble in training of the players or a transfer to another organization.}, pages = {35--52}, title = {日本野球界における職業野球と課外活動野球の相互関係の検討}, volume = {56}, year = {2013} }
