 note = {The purpose of this study is to use the sample data to assess and analyze the relationship between the companies inn the cluster and the governing public institutions. Specific focus will be placed on the strength of the network within the cluster, how the governing bodies support the clusters, and the efficiency of their policies. In conclusion, the public institution and the industrial association need to complement, and co-operate with each other in order to form the industrial clusters.
