Among the several options for addressing these concerns, ICT health care is eyed as a cost effective solution for wide implementation. Health care can be classified into three main groups: medical field, nursing care, and preventive care. In diving into the ICT health care subject, the author will touch on the history of Japan's strategy for tackling social changes, the system involved and, the medical industry supporting that system and strategy. This paper will demonstrate that the development of ICT health care strongly influences the health care industry. Thus, the ICT health care can directly solve social problems but can also become an Industrial cradle. A continuous examination and evaluation of the ICT health care would strengthen this proposition.}, pages = {163--180}, title = {日本の社会構造の変化がもたらすICTヘルスケア}, volume = {59}, year = {2014} }
