It is clearly shown that the cooperation between a school and other educational institutions in the local community, such as fine art museums, has been shifted from their separate involvement to more productive bilateral collaboration. They used to try to yield educational benefits separately from their own standpoints, but currently both work collaboratively by taking advantage of respective strengths more efficiently.
