 note = {The purpose of this paper is to discuss the various problems associated with regional disparities of administrative services of municipalities in Niigata Prefecture. This paper analyses the factor of disparities and the corrective action for the disparities of services, such as water rates, sewerage charges, long-term care insurance premiums, national health insurance premiums, and childcare charges. About these services, each municipality has own standard. Especially, concerning water rates and sewerage charges, there exist multiple standards within the same municipality. It is necessary to immediately rectify the differences in a municipality and to decrease the disparity between municipalities.},
