 note = {kokoro no no-to and watashitachi no doutoku are the teaching aid that are used widely. These have been taken up and considered to make it clear from education contents about how to view the construction of views of life and death at moral education in an elementary school. Then kokoro no no-to and watashitachi no doutoku can confirm two features about the handling of life. It is said that there are few pages that cover these items in those books. This shows little of the percentage by which the item about the construction of views of life and death is treated in moral education. Next it is said that the life is placed with the utilized life. It is not possible to place the life as a personal right from the angle as the human rights, and this is the situation that it is not possible to suggest the right understanding of own one’s right to decide. It is urgently needed to reform this situation in which the nation uses government authority to strip children of their subjectivity and activeness.},
