The objects of this application were one class of teachers, two classes of students, and two classes of junior high-school pupils, the total number of whom were 160. The test had started since April in 1994 and continued for three years and six months. The results are summarized as follows : 1. The self-Check system by a picture and graph, which we named 'Drops of Umbrella', was found effective method for self-analysis of human relations. 2. All participators could take part in the evaluation of learning. Teachers could understand this pupils more wholly. Pupils could be made feel the problems of themselves through watching the others' drama. All participators evaluated the teaching by this system. 3. In practical class-room teaching the first and second factor, that is, inner stimulation andaid-guidance method, had high efficiency in a learning-process. 4.
