Experimental reports revealed that the flexor tendon could heal by itself and that both the intratendinous blood circulation and the synovial diffusion were important for core union and superficial union respectively. Although controversy still persists regarding the different repair techniques, the management of the sheath and the method of postoperative mobilization, flexor tendon repair in the digital sheath has been recognized as one of the most delicate but effective procedures modern hand surgery has achieved. It requires thorough understanding of the normal anatomy and physiology of the flexor tendon and of the pathophysiology following injury, and also technical skill, and well-planned postoperative therapy involving the surgeon, the therapist and the patient himself.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_publisher_7":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Niigata University School of Medicine"}]},"item_7_select_19":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_select_item":"publisher"}]},"item_7_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00508361","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_7_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"05677734","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Saito, Hidehiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"53778","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2019-08-06"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"37(3-4)_97-108.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"3.2 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"37(3-4)_97-108.pdf","url":"https://niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/6639/files/37(3-4)_97-108.pdf"},"version_id":"ba12e94b-ed05-433f-a8f1-db22a6cd730e"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Flexor Tendon Repair in the Digital Sheath of the Hand","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Flexor Tendon Repair in the Digital Sheath of the Hand"},{"subitem_title":"Flexor Tendon Repair in the Digital Sheath of the Hand","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"7","owner":"1","path":["456","648"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2015-10-06"},"publish_date":"2015-10-06","publish_status":"0","recid":"6639","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Flexor Tendon Repair in the Digital Sheath of the Hand"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":null},"updated":"2022-12-15T03:39:56.534956+00:00"}
