 note = {Three patients with Philadelphia chromosome positive chronic granulocytic leukemia (CGL) complicated by leukemic tumors mimicking malignant lymphoma are reported. These leukemic tumors are considered in extramedullary blast crisis. The most interesting point in the present cases is that the proliferating neoplastic cells are composed of basophilic precursors. Cytochemical, electron microscopic and immunological studies are necessary to differentiate the leukemic tumor from malignant lymphoma.},
