内容記述 | This study investigated whether the binding sites of ^<51>Chromium (^<51>Cr) and ^<99m>Technetium (^<99m>Tc) to the beta chain on the hemoglobin were the same. Previous treatment of red blood cells (RBC) with ^<51>Cr did not interfere with the percentage of ^<99m>Tc-labeled RBC. When the previous treatment of RBC with ^<99m>Tc was carried out, the percentage of ^<51>Cr-labeled RBC was not altered.
