Thirty neonatal patients without cholestatic disease served as the control group. Total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase levels were significantly different between the extrahepatic biliary atresia and control groups within I week after birth (16.1±3.2 mg/dl vs. 11.6±4.7 mg/dl, 4.6±2.6 mg/dl vs. 0.6±0.2 mg/dl, 701±228 IU/1 vs. 56±21IU/1 respectively). Conversely, no differences were observed between them in the levels of aminotransferases within 2 weeks after birth. These data suggest that no hepatocellular damage occurs at least 2 weeks after birth in extrahepatic biliary atresia, and that the determination of bilirubin and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase levels within 1 week after birth enable us to distinguish patients with extrahepatic biliary atresia from physiologic jaundice during this period.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_publisher_7":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Niigata University School of Medicine"}]},"item_7_select_19":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_select_item":"publisher"}]},"item_7_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00508361","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_7_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"05677734","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamagiwa, Iwao"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"53199","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Iwafuchi, Makoto"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"53200","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Washio, Masahiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"53201","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2019-08-06"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"42(3)_109-113.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"537.7 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"42(3)_109-113.pdf","url":"https://niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/6495/files/42(3)_109-113.pdf"},"version_id":"b1e85eb6-bb00-4b2c-bb17-62eccbcd1aa7"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"The Usefulness of Routine Liver Function Tests in the Discrimination of Extrahepatic Biliary Atresia from Physiologic Jaundice in the Early Neonatal Period","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"The Usefulness of Routine Liver Function Tests in the Discrimination of Extrahepatic Biliary Atresia from Physiologic Jaundice in the Early Neonatal Period"},{"subitem_title":"The Usefulness of Routine Liver Function Tests in the Discrimination of Extrahepatic Biliary Atresia from Physiologic Jaundice in the Early Neonatal Period","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"7","owner":"1","path":["456","626"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2015-09-04"},"publish_date":"2015-09-04","publish_status":"0","recid":"6495","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["The Usefulness of Routine Liver Function Tests in the Discrimination of Extrahepatic Biliary Atresia from Physiologic Jaundice in the Early Neonatal Period"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":null},"updated":"2022-12-15T03:39:50.102744+00:00"}
