The 50% inhibitory concentrations of E7010 for these cell lines ranged from 0.032 μg/ml to 0.48 μg/ml. Those of cisplatin (CDDP) ranged from 0.021 μg/ml to 1.0 μg/ml. No CDDP-resistant cell lines used in this study showed cross-resistance to E7010. In mice inoculated with Nakajima and KF cells, administration of E7010 in doses of 200-450 mg/kg every 5 days inhibited tumor growth by 11-79%.
