However, few studies have been done regarding the simultaneous analysis of the lymphocyte phenotype of the liver and the peripheral blood (PBL) in PCD. To understand better the immunological background of PCD, we analyzed the lymphocyte subpopulations in the liver and in the PBL. Ten patients with PCD were investigated in this study: four patients with biliary atresia (BA), five patients with congenital biliary dilatation, and one patient with a paucity of interlobular bile ducts. Both liver tissue and peripheral blood samples were obtained during a total of ll incidences of surgery on these patients. The collected samples were analyzed with a FACScan. The expressions of CD4, CDS, CD20, CD56, CD5\"CD20+ (CD5\"B cells) and CD5+CD20+ (CD5+B cells) surface antigens were evaluated in the liver and PBL. The relative size of the lymphocyte subpopulations of CD4, CDS and CD56 in PBL respectively differed from those in the liver significantly. No significant correlation was observed between the relative amount in the PBL and that of the liver regarding each marker. The relative size of the CD5+B cells in the PBL was nearly same as that in the liver, and only CD5+B cells showed a significant positive correlation between these cells in the PBL and liver. The CD5+B cell subpopulation in the PBL may provide valuable, non-invasive information regarding the regional immunity of the liver in patients with PCD.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_publisher_7":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Niigata University School of Medicine"}]},"item_7_select_19":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_select_item":"publisher"}]},"item_7_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00508361","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_7_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"05677734","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Iinuma, Yasushi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"51644","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kubota, Masayuki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"51645","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yagi, Minoru"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"51646","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kawamura, Hiroki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"51647","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tsuchida, Masahito"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"51648","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Takahashi, Satoshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"51649","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Abo, Toru"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"51650","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2019-08-06"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"17_0010.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"634.0 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"17_0010.pdf","url":"https://niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/6206/files/17_0010.pdf"},"version_id":"e8ea2f2d-515c-4083-b913-5f6188bbaf23"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"cholestatic liver disease","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"CD5+B cell","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"children","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"immunological abnormality","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"lymphocyte subpopulation","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Peripheral CD5+B Cells Reflect Regional Immunity of the Liver in Pediatric Cholestatic Diseases","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Peripheral CD5+B Cells Reflect Regional Immunity of the Liver in Pediatric Cholestatic Diseases"},{"subitem_title":"Peripheral CD5+B Cells Reflect Regional Immunity of the Liver in Pediatric Cholestatic Diseases","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"7","owner":"1","path":["456","578"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2008-04-08"},"publish_date":"2008-04-08","publish_status":"0","recid":"6206","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Peripheral CD5+B Cells Reflect Regional Immunity of the Liver in Pediatric Cholestatic Diseases"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":null},"updated":"2022-12-15T03:39:35.553168+00:00"}
