は，スリット膜と呼ばれる特徴的な細胞間接着を形成している．この構造は，血漿タンパク質を保持するための最終的かつ本質的な障壁として機能し，ポドサイトの機能を調節するシグナル伝達の場としての役割も果たす．したがって，スリット膜に発現しているタンパク質の網羅的な解析はポドサイトの特性を理解するうえで重要であると考えられる．本研究では，抗原を中心に200-300 nm以内のタンパク質をfluorescein で標識し解析するEnzyme-Mediated Activation of Radical Sources法を用いて，スリット膜近傍のタンパク質の網羅的な解析を試みた．その結果，ラットの単離糸球体からスリット膜関連タンパク質を濃縮して抽出することに成功し，ラットのポドサイトにおいてPlatelet Endothelial Cell Adhesion
