{"created":"2021-03-01T06:09:46.892710+00:00","id":5904,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"30e833e3-c19e-4c88-9c6f-4a58b8e0798a"},"_deposit":{"id":"5904","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"5904"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00005904","sets":["432:433:434","453:455"]},"item_6_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2017-03-23","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_6_date_granted_51":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"2017-03-23"}]},"item_6_degree_grantor_49":{"attribute_name":"学位授与機関","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_name":"新潟大学"}]}]},"item_6_degree_name_48":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士（歯学）"}]},"item_6_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"矯正治療前後の軟組織の形態について分析した研究は過去にも多く報告されているが、口唇形態、とりわけ審美性への影響が大きい赤唇の形態変化に関する報告は少ない。本研究の目的は、小臼歯抜去を併用して治療した上下顎前突症例を対象に、矯正治療前後における口唇、特に赤唇形態の変化を明らかにすることである。対象は、新潟大学医歯学総合病院矯正歯科を受診し、Angle Class I 上下顎前突症と診断され、上下顎両側小臼歯を抜去して矯正治療を行った成人女性20 例とした。分析には初診時および動的治療終了時にイヤーロッドを挿入して撮影した正貌および側貌規格写真を用いた。正貌規格写真では、口唇幅径、上下赤唇高径、キューピッド弓展開角を計測した。側貌規格写真では、FH 平面をX軸、鼻翼基部最側方点を通りFH 平面に直交する直線をY 軸とする座標系を設定し、赤唇形態に関する距離計測、角度計測を行った。その結果、側貌規格写真分析では、上赤唇および下赤唇はそれぞれ2.3mm、3.6mm 有意に後方へ移動していた。上下赤唇展開角の変化量は-8.7°と有意に減少した。また、赤唇高径は有意に減少したものの、その変化量は小さかった。Angle Class I 上下顎前突症例において、抜歯により上下前歯を後退させた結果、下赤唇はわずかに前後径を減少させて後退したが、上赤唇前後径は有意な変化を認めなかった。上下赤唇形態の変化様相は異なり、上赤唇は内側への回転変化の割合が大きく、下赤唇では回転変化よりも平行移動に近い変化様相を示すことが明らかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Morphological changes of profile and soft tissues with orthodontic treatment have been reported previously. However, few reports are available as to the change in vermilion lip morphology before and after orthodontic treatment. The aim of this study was to precisely investigate the changes of vermilion lips after orthodontic extraction treatment in Angle Class I bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion. Subjects consisted of 20 adult females diagnosed as Angle Class I bimaxillary protrusion and treated with bicuspids extraction orthodontic treatment for both dental arches. Frontal and lateral facial photographs taken before and after orthodontic treatment were utilized for linear and angular measurements. For linear measurements on lateral photographs, a X-Y coordinate system was constructed by using lateral cephalograms superimposed following profile line. FH plane was defined as X-axis and a perpendicular line to FH at alar curvature (Ac) point was drawn as Y-axis. The points related to vermilion lip were measured digitally on lateral photographs. Vermilion widths and angles of Cupid’s bow were measured on frontal photographs. The upper and lower vermillion border depths decreased by 2.3 mm and 3.6 mm respectively. The inter-vermillion angle significantly reduced by 8.7 degree. Although the vermilion lip heights slightly decreased, variations on individuals were found.
