まだ一部の医療機関に限られている．一方，若年の脳卒中患者の増加や地域障害者職業センター（以下，職業センター）への来所件数の増加，そして障害者の雇用政策の動向（合理的配慮の義務化や精神障害者保健福祉手帳所有者の雇用義務化）から高次脳機能障害者の就労支援の社会的ニーズは高まりつつあるが支援体制の不十分さが伺える． また,国内の職業リハビリテーションのアウトカムに関する研究の蓄積も不十分で，就労支援のノウハウや専門性が乏しい現状も指摘されている．そこで本研究では，職業センターだけでなく徐々に医療機関等の支援機関でも導入され始めている職業リハビリテーションツールの1つであるワークサンプル幕張版（以下,MWS)が就労を目指している高次脳機能障害者に対し，どのようなアウトカムにつながるのか検証を行った．本研究ではアウトカムの中でもMWSの認知機能への影響に着目して研究を行った．デスクワークへの就労を目指している方はMWSを実施し（介入群),製造業や清掃業務等を目指している方には認知機能のドリル課題を実施し（統制群),その2群間で6ヶ月の間に認知機能にどのような変化が生じるのか， またそれぞれの帰結状況（一般就労，福祉的就労，就労に至らず等）についても比較検証を行った．その結果， ドリル課題を実施した群に比しMWSを実施した群の方が注意機能（かな拾いテスト（無意味綴り・物語),p<.01),遂行機能(TMTPartB,p<.01),言語機能(WAIS-R(言語性検査),p<.05)がより改善し,MWSの一定の成果を得ることが出来た．そのほかにMWSを実施した群の方が一般就労した割合が高かったが統計学的にドリル課題を実施した群と有意差を認めなかった．だが,認知機能の向上が就労率を高めるとの先行研究も散見しており，今後さらなる検証が必要である．また,MWSは多くの職業センターで導入されているため，医療機関等の支援機関でMWSを実施することは就労支援機関との連携を強化していく上でも有用であると示唆する．以上のことから,MWSは高次脳機能障害者の就労支援を実践していく上で有効なツールであると考える","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_6_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"学位の種類:
