{"created":"2021-03-01T06:09:13.639981+00:00","id":5373,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"d5a7d124-cbd2-4c04-9d1e-d2e63f64c99d"},"_deposit":{"id":"5373","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"5373"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00005373","sets":["453:455","471:561:562"]},"item_6_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2013-09-20","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographic_titles":[{}]}]},"item_6_date_granted_51":{"attribute_name":"学位授与年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dategranted":"2013-09-20"}]},"item_6_degree_grantor_49":{"attribute_name":"学位授与機関","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreegrantor":[{"subitem_degreegrantor_name":"新潟大学"}]}]},"item_6_degree_name_48":{"attribute_name":"学位名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_degreename":"博士（医学）"}]},"item_6_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"統合失調症の初期症状は20歳前の中学生・高校生に出現する場合がある. 初期症状を見逃さないためには, 中学生・高校生の親たちが彼らの心身の状態やその変化に細心の注意を払う必要がある. 一方, 本人もしくは親たちが持つ統合失調症に対するスティグマ(社会的烙印)は, この初期症状の否認と受診回避の1つの原因となりうる. 日本の家庭では, 父親に比べて母親が子供の育児にかかる時間が長いことが知られている. そこで, 本研究は中学生・高校生をもつ母親を対象として, 統合失調症へのスティグマの高低に影響する因子の探索を統計学的に行った. 本研究のアンケート調査の対象は, 中学生・高校生を持つ38歳から57歳までの母親1,225例である. 本研究の解析に用いた人口統計学的な因子は11因子である. すなわち, 母親のアンケート時の年齢, 子供の学籍, 母親の学歴, アンケート時の居住地, 配偶者の有無, 家族構成, 職業, 雇用形態, 世帯年収, 統合失調症の人との接触経験の有無, および, 精神保健福祉活動に参加した経験の有無である. 中学生・高校生を持つ母親が統合失調症に対して抱くスティグマの程度を計測するために, Linkスティグマ尺度修正版を用いた. データ解析は単一因子解析と多変量解析の両方が行われた. 複数の群間での平均値の有意差検定は, Welchのt検定, Studentのt検定および分散分析(ANOVA)により行われた.
